Terms of sale

1. Who sells, who charges

The service is published by Amaury Lavoine, sole proprietor, business number 733742472, postal address provided on request at contact@aubaineair.com. Contact: contact@aubaineair.com.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Company. For subscriptions, Stripe acts as merchant of record under the Link brand: it appears on your statement, issues receipts and invoices, and collects then remits the applicable taxes.

2. What Premium includes

Premium opens the complete catalogue of the deals we find (price, dates and link to the seller), several radars, thirty days of price history and alerts matching your active radars.

The service presents information about flights sold by third parties; we sell no tickets and no travel. No number of deals, no discount level and no alert delay are guaranteed: they depend on the prices we observe. Coverage remains partial. Discord alerts require your consent and an active connection.

3. Prices, currencies and taxes

The price shown before payment is the one that applies. The currency depends on your country: Canadian dollars, euros or US dollars. Dollar prices are shown before tax, which is added at payment; euro prices are shown tax included.

The tax breakdown appears on the payment page and on the invoice.

4. Subscribing

An account is required. You subscribe on Stripe’s secure payment page; we never see or store your card details. Premium opens as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.

An account can hold only one subscription at a time.

5. Duration and renewal

The subscription is monthly or yearly and renews automatically, at the same price, until cancelled. An e-mail announces each yearly renewal before it happens.

If a payment fails, Premium is suspended until the payment goes through; Stripe retries for a few days, after which the subscription ends.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, from My subscription. Cancelling stops the renewal: Premium stays active until the end of the period already paid, then stops, with no refund of the current period.

Your free account, your favourites and your radars are kept after Premium ends.

7. Refunds

• Yearly plan: refunded in full if you ask within 15 days of your first payment.
• Monthly plan: not refunded, since you can cancel at any time.
• This guarantee applies once per person, for a first yearly subscription. We may refuse a request in case of abuse, for example repeated subscriptions and refunds or multiple accounts.
• To request a refund, write to contact@aubaineair.com from your account address. A refund ends the subscription immediately.
• Stripe, as merchant of record, may also refund a transaction within 60 days, in particular to avoid a chargeback. Its support is reachable at https://support.link.com.

The rights granted by the law of your country of residence apply in addition, in particular the fourteen-day withdrawal right for consumers in the European Union.

8. Promotion codes and founder offer

A code must be entered at payment; it cannot apply to a payment already made. Each code has its own limits: plan, number of uses, date, minimum amount.

The founder offer reserves a reduced yearly price for the first 200 subscribers who use it. That price is kept at renewal for as long as the subscription stays active without interruption. It is lost on cancellation, when the subscription ends, or when the plan changes.

9. Changing plan

Switching from monthly to yearly is done from My subscription; Stripe only charges the difference for the current period. To move from yearly to monthly, cancel the yearly plan: it stays active until its end, then you can subscribe monthly.

10. Price changes

We may change prices or plans. A running subscription keeps its price until the end of the paid period, and any price change is announced at least thirty days before it applies, with the option to cancel beforehand.

11. Referrals

An invitation must be linked to your account before your first payment. The terms of any reward are shown on the referral page before it is activated; no reward is owed while none is shown there. A refund cancels the matching reward.

12. Suspension

We may suspend or close access in case of use contrary to the terms of use, in particular bulk extraction of the catalogue or account sharing. If we close an account without fault on your side, the unused part of the paid period is refunded.

13. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Quebec and Canada, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their place of residence. For any complaint, write to contact@aubaineair.com: we answer as quickly as we can.
