Terms of use

1. The service

The service finds and displays information about flights, price changes, and links to third-party sellers. It also lets you save flights and criteria and may send alerts you enable.

We are not an airline or travel agency and do not complete bookings. Your purchase contract is made directly with the third-party seller.

2. Prices, availability, and coverage

Prices, discounts, dates, itineraries, baggage, and availability may change between our checks. Flight coverage is partial. Before booking, verify the final price, currency, fees, restrictions, and terms with the seller.

An alert, ranking, or reference price does not guarantee savings and is not financial or travel advice.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect access to your email and sign-in providers, promptly report unauthorized use, and have the legal capacity to accept these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• bypass access controls, probe systems, or disrupt their operation;
• automate excessive collection, resell data, or reproduce a substantial part of the service without permission;
• infringe the rights of others or transmit malicious content.

5. Alerts and third parties

Discord alerts are optional, require your consent, and may be delayed or not delivered. Sign-in providers, Discord, travel sellers, and other third-party services have their own terms and policies. We do not control their content, availability, or practices.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its design, code, trademarks, and original content belong to their respective owners. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use it under these terms.

7. Access, changes, and termination

Paid subscriptions are being prepared and no payment is currently offered in the application. Final prices and terms will be shown before any subscription. We may change or suspend a feature, including for security or maintenance.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict access that violates these terms, creates a risk, or harms the service or others.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete. We are not responsible for booking decisions, price changes, acts of third-party sellers, or indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law, updates, and contact

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Quebec and Canada, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. We may update them and will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
